This system is used to test a fully-custom infrared image sensor ROIC.
The system interfaces to the ROIC via high-speed 8b/10b SerDes data pipes and LVDS SPI control.
It also interfaces to a test PC via CoaXPress. CoaXPress enables high-speed data retrieval directly into MATLAB for further analysis and characterization.
The PC system can also issue CoaXPress control commands which enable:
- ROIC Configuration
- ROIC timing adjustment
- Power supply and bias supply level adjustments
- Monitoring supply currents and actual supply levels
